Something vicious this way comes

Lately I’ve been seeing more remains of animals near my home. Something in our neighborhood is finding plenty of raccoons to eat. It strikes me as odd that for the first time in nearly twenty years we are finding remains like this so out in the open.

Can’t help but wonder. Could it be this coyote or coywolf that came through our yard in the early spring?  https://spiritnsoul.org/2018/05/02/the-visitor/

Is it a hawk?

An owl?

Having domesticated cats and dogs in our house it worries me that something hungry (and vicious) might be lurking. Although we do not let our cats outside and the dogs only go out with us, something is plainly hungry and leaving the inedibles out on display.  A reminder for those that may have forgotten nature can be cruel and survival something to celebrate every day.
